15.76.020 Exemptions.
A. The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the sale or exchange of any dwelling consummated prior to the effective date of this chapter; provided, however, that any dwelling sold or exchanged subsequent to the effective date of this chapter shall be subject to the provisions herein. B. Any dwelling for which a building permit was issued on or after July 1, 1978, shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter for ten (10) years following the date the building permit was issued.
