§ 15.80.060 — Retroactive applications

15.80.060 Retroactive applications.
Notwithstanding Section 15.80.050 of this chapter, the requirements of this chapter specified by Section 15.80.020(C), (D), (E), (F), (H), (I), (J), (K), (L), shall apply retroactively to all nonowner occupied units existing on the effective date of this chapter listed in Section 15.80.010(G), (H), (I) and (J) and to all units listed in Section 15.80.010(A), (B) and (C). All entry doors of units subject to retroactive applications shall be equipped with single cylinder deadbolts as specified in Section 15.80.020(G). The requirements set forth in this section shall be complied with by June 1, 1985. (Prior code § 9.23.940)
