17.108.270 "Z" definitions.
"Zone" means a specifically delineated area in the city within which uniform regulations and requirements govern the use, placement, spacing, and size of land and buildings. This term is synonymous with "zoning district." "Zoning administrator" means the individual designated by the planning director under section 17.100.040 to carry out the functions of the zoning administrator under this code.
