17.212.120 RMX zone-Nonresidential development limitations.
Commercial and office uses are limited to the ground floor only and may occupy up to a maximum of 50% of the building square footage; provided that: A. On lots less than or equal to three acres, commercial or office use may be up to 100% of the building square footage with a zoning administrator-approved conditional use permit; and B. On lots greater than three acres, commercial or office use may be up to 100% of the building square footage with a planning and design commission-approved conditional use permit.
