The purpose of the MIP zone is to achieve a nuisance-free environment for light manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution in an industrial park setting in accordance with the policies of the general plan, community plans, and the planned unit development guidelines adopted for each industrial park. The MIP zone classification shall be used in conjunction with a planned unit development designation established in accordance with chapter 17.452. (Ord. 2013-0020 § 1; Ord. 2013-0007 § 1)
