17.228.960 Cannabis consumption lounges.

A. As used in this section, "premises" has the same meaning as the definition in California Business and Professions Code section 26001. B. A cannabis consumption lounge may only locate on the premises of a storefront cannabis dispensary. (Ord. 2026-0011 § 15)
