17.340.060 TO zone-Development standards.

A. Residential density. The minimum density is 15 dwelling units per net acre. The maximum density is established in the General Plan. B. Nonresidential development limitations in the RMX-TO zone. Nonresidential uses may occupy a maximum of 50% of the gross square footage of each new building in the RMX-TO zone.
