17.404.040 Development standards.
A. Development in the Broadway-Stockton SPD is subject to the regulations and development standards in this chapter and to those of the underlying zone. The provisions of this chapter prevail over any conflicting provisions of this title. B. The maximum height for properties located on Stockton Blvd. between 2nd Avenue and Broadway is 75 feet.
