17.500.230 Flag lots.

Flag lots for any proposed usage may be approved if the following findings are made: A. Either the flag lot is required by topographic conditions, or there is no alternative design for the development of the interior portions of excessively deep parcels; and B. The flag lot will not be detrimental to public health, safety or welfare. (Ord. 2017-0009 § 10)
