17.500.300 Private streets in planned developments, condominiums or community apartment projects.
Where access to lots or structures within a planned development, condominium or community apartment project is to be provided by a system of private streets, the width, design and configuration of the street system shall be adequate to permit the safe deployment of fire equipment or other services under emergency conditions.
