17.600.160 Standards for uses within one-quarter mile of a light rail station.

The following standards apply to new development within ¼ mile of a light rail station: A. The development shall provide pedestrian amenities such as lighting, benches, tree shading, and landscaping; B. The ground level of the building shall avoid areas of blank walls that are viewable from the street; C. The site design shall provide continuous, direct, convenient transit and pedestrian linkages, including walkways between principal entrances of buildings and adjacent lots; D. Vehicle parking shall be located to the rear or interior side of the building and not in front of the building; and E.
