17.600.165 Mechanical equipment screening.
A. All mechanical equipment shall be completely screened from view from adjacent streets and public areas. B. Roof-mounted equipment shall be concealed behind parapets or architecturally integrated screens. C. Ground-mounted equipment shall be screened by fences, walls, or landscaping.
