17.620.310 Applicability.
The standards set forth in this article apply to the following: A. Walls required by noise studies or conditions of a conditional use permit or other land use permit; and B. Walls along arterial streets (as identified in the general plan), freeways, and railroads. (Ord. 2013-0020 § 1; Ord. 2013-0007 § 1)
