17.804.060 Review authority.
A. Planning director review. 1. The planning director shall review an application for reasonable accommodation if the application is not filed with an application for another permit. 2. If the application does not otherwise require a site plan and design review permit, the planning director shall consult with the design director if the application involves a property that is located in a design review district, or with the preservation director if the application involves a property that is located in a historic district, is a structure that is at least 50 years old, or is a landmark. B. Other reviewing authority. An application for reasonable accommodation submitted for concurrent review with another permit under this title shall be reviewed by the authority reviewing the other permit.
