17.824.050 Findings.
The director of public works shall not approve any merger of parcels pursuant to this chapter unless the director of public works makes all of the following findings: A. That all existing streets or utility easements of record are reserved; and B. That the resulting parcel conforms to the requirements of this title, the city's general plan, the planning and development code, and the city's building code. (Ord. 2017-0009 § 21)
