17.880.050 Application processing.
A. The city shall notify the applicant whether an application for a supportive housing development is complete within 30 days of receipt of the application. The City shall approve or deny the application within the following timeframes: 1. Within 60 days after the application is complete for a project with 50 or fewer units; or 2. Within 120 days after the application is complete for a project with more than 50 units. B. If the city fails to act within these timeframes, the application will be deemed approved.
