17.904.020 Specific plans - Procedures for adoption, amendments, and repeal.
A. Procedure for adoption and amendment. Specific plans are prepared, adopted, and amended in the same manner as the general plan. B. Repeal. Specific plans are repealed in the same manner required for amendment. C. Decision. The city council may adopt or amend a specific plan based on the finding that the specific plan, or amendment, is consistent with the general plan and this title. D. Action by resolution. Adoption, amendment, or repeal of a specific plan is a legislative act and is made by resolution. (Ord. 2013-0020 § 1; Ord. 2013-0007 § 1)
