2.124.050 Members subject to provisions of chapter, etc.
Each member and beneficiary shall be subject to all the provisions of this chapter and any rules and regulations lawfully adopted, and shall furnish to the retirement system manager such information affecting the member's status as a member or beneficiary of the system as the retirement system manager may reasonably require.
