2.124.110 Termination of the retirement system.
Upon partial or complete termination of the retirement system or any plan within the system, or, upon complete discontinuance of contributions to a plan within the system, the accrued benefits of each affected member shall, to the extend funded, be nonforfeitable as of the date of such termination or discontinuance.
