2.124.2330 Judicial review of commission's decision-Time for filing.

Any judicial action taken by the applicant to set aside, annul or vacate any decision, finding, or action taken by the commission pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, shall be filed within the time limits prescribed in California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.6.
