2.124.280 Minimum service retirement benefit.
The service retirement allowance upon retirement after twenty (20) years of service and after attaining the age of sixty-five (65) years, shall not be less than sixty (60) dollars per month, prior to modification under the election provided in Article XV of this chapter, and exclusive of any benefit provided by additional contributions.
