2.124.370 Vested rights of members after requisite number of years.
Upon the completion of the years of service set forth in Section 2.124.270 of this chapter as requisite to retirement, a member shall be entitled to retire at any time thereafter in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.124.270 of this chapter and nothing shall deprive such member of such right.
