2.124.610 Retirement for industrial disability.
Any member of this plan who becomes incapacitated for the performance of his or her duty by reason of any bodily injury or physical illness caused by or in performance of his or her duty shall be retired on an industrial disability retirement if it is determined by the retirement system manager that the incapacity of the member is of an extended and uncertain duration.
