2.124.710 Refusal to submit to medical examination.
If any member of this plan retired on a disability retirement and under the applicable age of voluntary service retirement refuses to submit to medical examination, his or her retirement allowance shall be discontinued until his or her withdrawal of such refusal, and if his or her refusal continues for three months, his or her retirement allowance shall be canceled.
