2.15.100 Penalty for failing to register or report.
Any person subject to the registration and reporting requirements of this chapter who fails to register or report is subject to a non-registration or late-reporting penalty of $25 per day, up to a maximum of $500, from the date of written notification of non-compliance until the date of compliance.
