2.28.020 Director of community services.
The chief administrative officer of the department of community services shall continue to be the director of community services who shall serve at the pleasure of and be subject to the supervision and control of the city manager. The director of community services shall exercise supervision and control over the work, operating services and activities of the department of community services and shall coordinate the work of the divisions thereof into one efficient and economical operation.
