§ 2.40.110 — Eligibility

2.40.110 Eligibility.

A. City employees are ineligible to be members of boards or commissions, unless they are appointed in the capacity of their employment. B. All members appointed to the City's boards and commissions must be residents of the City of Sacramento and remain residents for the entirety of their term. This subsection B does not apply to members of the Sacramento Youth Commission or the Preservation Commission. C. A member removed from a board or commission for violation of sections 2.40.080 or 2.40.120 may not be appointed to any city board or commission for one year from the date of their removal. D. No person may be appointed to serve on more than one board or commission concurrently. This subsection D does not apply to members of the Sacramento Relocation Appeals Board.
