2.50.030 Powers and duties of board.
The powers and duties of the board are as follows: A. Provide final interpretation of the provisions of chapter 8.100. B. Hear appeals provided for in chapter 8.100. C. Recommend to the city council such new ordinances or amendments to chapter 8.100 as may be deemed desirable. D. Provide final interpretation of the provisions of chapter 8.96. E.
