2.50.040 Appointment of members and qualifications.
A. Number of members. The board has five members. The Personnel and Public Employees Committee shall recommend all five members for appointment. B. Qualifications. In addition to any requirements or restrictions in chapter 2.40: 1. Members must have an expressed interest or demonstrated history of involvement in the provisions of the city's housing code.
