2.56.020 Function of the board.

The function of the Sacramento relocation appeals board shall be: A. To act as the relocation appeals board created in the city under the provisions of the Community Redevelopment Law of the state of California as set forth in Article XI, Chapter 4, Part I, Division 24 (Section 33417.5) of the Health and Safety Code. B. To act as the relocation appeals board pursuant to the "regulations of the city of Sacramento for relocation assistance to displaced persons, families, business and farm operations," effective January 1, 1974, adopted by the city council in compliance with statutes of 1972, Chapter 1307.
