2.96.030 Administration.
The city delegates to the redevelopment agency of the city the authority and responsibility for administration of the relocation office. If the redevelopment agency agrees to accept said delegation, the relocation office shall provide on be-half of the city all relocation services required of the city pursuant to Title I, Part 7, Chapter 16 of the Government Code of the state of California. The terms and conditions under which said services shall be provided and the compensation to be provided to the redevelopment agency therefore shall be determined by agreement between the city and the redevelopment agency.
