3.116.270 Omissions not to affect validity of bonds.
If the jurisdiction of the council to order the proposed act is not affected, any omission of any officer or the city in proceedings under this chapter or any other defect in the proceedings shall not invalidate such proceedings or the bonds issued pursuant to this chapter. (Prior code § 80.04.027)
