3.120.070 Notice of hearing.

After passage of the resolution of intention, the city clerk shall cause notice of the hearing to be given by mailing a copy thereof, postage prepaid, to the owners of the properties within the proposed area of benefit at the addresses as shown on the last equalized assessment roll or as otherwise known to the city clerk; to be published once in a newspaper of general circulation; and to be posted on or near the council chamber door or any bulletin board in or adjacent to the city hall. Said mailing, publication and posting shall be completed not less than twenty (20) days prior to such hearing. (Prior code § 39.01.007)
