3.120.190 Alternative method.
This chapter is intended to establish an alternative method for the spreading of the costs of certain public improvements against the lands which will be benefitted thereby; and the provisions of this chapter shall not be construed to limit the power of the city council to utilize any other method for accomplishing this purpose but shall be in addition to any other requirements which the city council is authorized to impose as a condition to approving new development pursuant to state and local laws.
