3.120.200 Failure to publish notice or post notice as not invalidating proceedings.
The failure of the clerk to publish or to post notice as specified in Section 3.120.170 of this chapter, or Section 3.120.180 of this chapter, shall not affect in any way whatsoever the validity of any proceedings taken under this chapter, not prevent the city council from proceeding with any hearing so noticed.
