3.124.020 Purpose.
The purpose of this chapter is to provide an alternative procedure in compliance with the provisions of California Constitution Articles XIIIC and XIIID and implementing statutes, by which the city council may provide for payment of all or any part of the costs and expenses of maintaining and operating any permanent public improvements which are local in nature.
