3.124.290 Consolidation of procedures.
Procedures for the formation of a district pursuant to this chapter may be consolidated with procedures for the construction or acquisition of the public improvements pursuant to any other provision of this code or pursuant to any law of the state of California including without limitation the Municipal Improvement Act of 1911, the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972, the Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982, and other similar statutes.
