3.128.430 Determination of ownership-Majority protest.

For purposes of this chapter, ownership of property shall be determined as provided in Section 3.128.180 of this chapter and the sufficiency of a majority protest as provided in Section 3.128.160 of this chapter using the then existing fee imposed by the maintenance benefit area.
