3.132.460 Detachment.
In detachment proceedings, the resolutions, report, notices of hearing, and right of majority protest shall be limited to the territory proposed to be detached. The city council may dispense with: A. The resolution and report required by Article V of this chapter and may initiate proceedings by the adoption of the resolution of intention; B. Any otherwise required notice of hearing.
