3.140.550 Annual installment assessments-Report by city manager.
After adoption of a resolution providing for annual installment assessments, the city manager in preparing reports required by Articles V and VI of this chapter, shall include in the estimate and the assessment for each fiscal year specified in the resolution the total amount of the annual installment assessment fixed or determined for such year.
