3.44.120 Imposition of fee or charge.
In the event that the fee or charge has been approved pursuant to the ballot procedure, the city council may take all necessary actions to impose the fee or charge at the same meeting as is specified in Section 3.44.110(G) of this chapter or at another regular city council meeting.
