3.92.060 Special provisions relating to community facilities districts formed pursuant to the Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, where a parcel of property within a proposed maintenance community facilities district is owned by the city, the city council may by resolution determine that, notwithstanding the provisions of Government Code Section 53340, the parcel shall be subject to the special tax, and may also determine that the special tax shall be enforceable against the city.
