§ 377 Validation of former Charter sections granting increased pensions to retired persons.
All provisions of former (1976) Charter sections 173.2, 173.3, 173.4 and 173.5 granting increased retirement allowances to or on account of retired members of the Sacramento City Employees' Retirement System shall be continued as an ordinance of the city and shall continue in effect until otherwise repealed by subsequent amendment of this Charter, The provisions of former (1976) Charter section 175.29 shall be continued in effect as an ordinance of the city, but only insofar as necessary to continue in effect cost-of-living adjustments and the funding or such adjustments which have been made under said section and were in effect prior to July 1, 1970.
