§ 389 Membership.
The commission shall consist of the following persons: (a) The city manager, or designated representative; (b) The city finance director, or designated representative; (c) A resident of the city, not a member of the board, not connected with the government of the city; and (d) Two miscellaneous members of the system. A majority of the members of the commission shall constitute a quorum. Action by the commission shall require the affirmative vote of three members, except that a lesser number may adjourn from time to time. (Amended June 6, 1989)
