5.04.340 Violation-Penalty.
In addition to the remedy of revocation of any permit issued under this chapter, any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned in the county jail for a period not to exceed six months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
