5.06.300 Violation of Section 5.06.270 not a crime.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Title I of this code, no criminal penalty shall be imposed on any person or entity for violating the provisions of Section 5.06.270. Violators of Section 5.06.270 shall be subject to administrative penalties as described in Title I and revocation or suspension of an adult-entertainment business permit and/or adult performer permit.
