5.104.050 Permit required.
No person may utilize the producers' market for the purpose of exhibiting or selling produce without receiving a permit to do so from the health officer. To receive such permit, the applicant shall submit a sworn statement to the health officer showing that he or she is entitled to the privilege of the market as provided in this chapter.
