5.108.060 Hours of operation-Responsible person.
A. Except as otherwise provided herein, all entertainment establishments shall be closed and all patrons shall vacate the premises between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., except that as part of a New Year celebration, entertainment establishments may remain open until 3:00 a.m. on January 1st. It is unlawful for any responsible person to fail to abide by the hours of closure. B. A responsible person must be present in the entertainment establishment during all hours that the entertainment establishment is open and offering entertainment.
