5.108.090 Reasonable passageway required.
It is unlawful for any responsible person to fail to provide a reasonable passageway of at least 48 inches in width through any part of a room used by patrons and entertainers for their ingress and egress. (Ord. 2025-0006 § 1; Ord. 2003-056 § 1)
