5.108.210 Duration of permit.
A. Except as provided in section 5.108.255, a limited or general entertainment permit issued pursuant to this chapter is valid for two years from the date it was issued, subject to any conditions or restrictions existing at the time it was issued. B. A temporary entertainment permit issued pursuant to this chapter is valid for the term stated in the permit, but in no event for a period greater than one year from the date it was issued.
